Pricing questions answered
An account becomes active when BLU365 sends that borrower at least one message during the billing month. Imported profiles not yet contacted do not use your cap. Prior-month resolutions that are not re-engaged are excluded.
Upgrades may begin anytime and apply immediately. A downgrade starts with the following billing period. If your cap is reached mid-month, new outreach pauses and you receive an upgrade notice instead of an automatic overage charge.
Displayed prices use USD. Billing is in BRL, converted at the invoice-date rate shared each cycle. Brazilian lenders may pay by PIX, TED, or international card.
Yes. Starter offers 14 days free for up to 200 active accounts, letting you test recovery on part of your overdue portfolio before a full-month commitment. No credit card is needed to begin.
Message volume has no separate charge. Growth and Scale cover WhatsApp, SMS, and email in the monthly subscription. Any applicable Meta Business fees for your WhatsApp Business setup are outside BLU365 billing, with guidance provided during onboarding.
