We built BLU365 for smarter overdue account recovery
Sao Paulo-born in 2024, BLU365 creates AI recovery infrastructure for Brazilian lenders, with no subcontractors, call centers, or generic blasts.
Recovery for lenders, with respect for borrowers
Brazil's consumer credit market rests on millions of small borrower relationships. After a missed payment, the challenge is reaching people at scale without harming the relationship or hiring more staff.
Manual collections handle this poorly: they move slowly, cost more to expand, and rely on generic cadences that treat each borrower alike. Response rates drop, costs climb, and portfolio growth brings matching staff growth.
BLU365 takes another approach: AI manages volume while your team makes judgment calls. Each overdue account receives outreach tailored to its engagement data and timing, rather than a form letter. Conversations about payment happen through WhatsApp, SMS, and email, with no agent required. Recovery improves, resolution comes sooner, and collections capacity grows with the portfolio instead of headcount.
Our sole focus is Brazil, where regulations, PIX and boleto payment infrastructure, and WhatsApp communication patterns make generic products a poor fit. BLU365 is designed for this setting.
Lending, collections, and AI shape our team
Our core team spans consumer credit operations, conversational AI, and B2B financial software. BLU365 is not a general AI lab repurposing generic tools for collections.
Bringing over a decade of consumer credit operations and fintech product development, with emphasis on lending platforms and first-party collections workflows. Years of examining why headcount rises with portfolio volume led to BLU365 and a different ratio.
After building financial data pipelines and backend infrastructure for compliance and risk monitoring, shifted to conversational systems and multi-channel messaging automation. At BLU365, leads the AI conversation engine, WhatsApp and SMS integrations, and data layer linking core banking systems with outreach workflows.
With eight-plus years creating collections workflow tools and credit products for mid-size lenders, worked directly with collections managers and risk teams. BLU365 product direction follows real overdue-portfolio practices, rather than assumptions made by software teams.
Brings five-plus years in customer success and B2B SaaS onboarding for lending and credit teams. Designed and ran BLU365's early-access pilot through Q4 2025, and oversees onboarding from portfolio setup to full deployment.
The need appeared before the answer did
A mid-size lender handling a thousand overdue accounts monthly cannot call every borrower. Email blasts recover around 8 to 12 percent. That gap between need and available tools was enough to start BLU365.
Conversational AI on the channels Brazilian borrowers use became the answer. WhatsApp is where borrowers communicate, negotiate, and transact. Recovery conversations personalized to account history and timed by engagement modeling raise contact from email-level to conversation-level.
During the first year, we built the AI engine and tested cadences with a small group of early-access lender clients, then expanded access. Early results supported the premise: on the right channel and timing, AI-led outreach recovers more, sooner, than manual programs at the same cost.
Based in Sao Paulo, we serve only Brazil. Our grasp of its regulations, payment rails, and lender operations lets us build for real-world fit, rather than theoretical function.
